The "Sowing of Seeds Foundation" was founded by Sybil Kearse and is a 501c3 Non-profit Organization registered with the NC Secretary of State. We proudly serve Youth in Pitt County North Carolina and will be expanding to other counties within the State as we evolve.
Our passions are the empowerment of disadvantaged and troubled Youth and providing a support structure that is needed within the communities we serve.
Our core mission is to have a "positive powerful impact on the adults and youth we serve" and the SOSF will accomplish this through our own programs and initiatives as well as through those we participate in through our cooperatives. The SOSF will actively seek to build our own initiatives as well as to support the initiatives of our cooperatives. Your reply communications are welcomed and we are excited about working with you to have a positive impact on the youth within the areas we serve.
Here at SOS Foundation, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. Since 2016, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts.
